Functional queries

Any functional query must be sent to the email account for functional doubts that appears in the procedure information.

To contact those functionally responsible for the procedure, you must follow the following steps:

• Access the procedure page
• In the menu that appears on the left, make sure that the Help → Frequently asked questions section is selected
• At the beginning of this page you will find the section Questions about the procedure where one of these three possibilities will appear to make your query:
  • An email address for functional questions.
  • A link that opens the email client with the email address for functional questions already inserted.
  • A form that you can fill out to have your query resolved.
