The PROP Headquarters of the Generalitat has the following characteristics:

  1. The electronic headquarters of the Generalitat is called the PROP Headquarters of the Generalitat or Sede PROP (in Spanish).
  2. Its scope covers the Administration of the Generalitat and is permanently and freely accessible to citizenship.
  3. The electronic headquarters identifies the Generalitat when it interacts electronically with citizenship and with other public administrations.
    Through this headquarters, all actions and procedures related to services and procedures that require the identification of the Generalitat and, where applicable, the identification or electronic signature of citizens are carried out. It may also offer other electronic services for reasons of effectiveness, efficiency, and quality in the provision of public services.
  4. The PROP headquarters is owned by the Generalitat.
  5. The PROP headquarters of the Generalitat is available in Valencian and Spanish.
  6. The management of the headquarters is carried out according to the following areas of responsibility:
    1. Technological management: The management, administration, and modification of the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat correspond to the Department of Economy, Finance, and Public Administration, through the Directorate General of Information Technologies and Communications, which is assigned the Generalitat’s horizontal competences in electronic administration.
    2. Content management: Each department or body of the Administration of the Generalitat manages the specific content within its area of competence. Each department is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and updating of the information and services made public on the Internet.
  7. The access channels to the services available at the headquarters, in addition to the electronic one, are the following:
    1. In-person access will be provided at the Generalitat’s PROP Offices and PROP Points for public assistance, through the customer service systems available in these offices.
    2. Telephone access will be provided through the administrative information telephone number 012 or by calling +34 963866000.
