In order to improve our services to the public, the Generalitat is conducting a study to gather feedback from users of the PROP Guide. We would appreciate it if you could complete this brief survey (in Spanish). It will take no more than three minutes.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and in August from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except national holidays, Valencian Region bank holidays, and on December 24th and 31st

How it works

When you click the “Access the Text Chat” button, you will need to fill in a form, taking into account the following:

  • Enter your name or an “alias” (there is no need to provide your surname)
  • Select the language in which you wish to be assisted: in Spanish or in Valencian. Then click the “Connect to Chat (in Spanish)" button. A new window will open through which you can communicate with the information staff
  • Fields marked with * are mandatory

Please note that if there is no interaction from you for ten minutes, the session will be closed for operational reasons.
