Online via video chat
Only people with hearing loss are assisted in sign language. Get answers to your questions about procedures and services through the video chat.
In person at the PROP offices and PROP points
- The service will be provided exclusively by appointment to ensure the availability of an agent.
To request an appointment, you can access it through the following link: Scheduled appointment request for PROP offices and PROP points, and select one of the offices that offer the service called: "ATENCIÓN ÚNICAMENTE EN LENGUA DE SIGNOS" (in Spanish).
The process
During the appointment, you will have a tablet through which a connection will be made with a sign language interpreter, who will assist you by translating your conversation with the on-site information public employee.
