Online via video chat
Only people with hearing loss are assisted in sign language. Get answers to your questions about procedures and services through the video chat.
In person at the PROP offices and PROP points
- The service will preferably provided by appointment to ensure the availability of an agent.

The process
During the appointment, you will have a tablet through which a connection will be made with a sign language interpreter, who will assist you by translating your conversation with the on-site information public employee.
