OVAC

The Generalitat Valenciana has launched the Virtual Citizenship Assistance Office (Oficina Virtual de Atención a la Ciudadanía - OVAC, in Spanish), a platform designed to make it easier for citizens to carry out administrative procedures and obtain information remotely and via videoconference.
This innovative service reflects the Generalitat’s commitment to digital transformation and citizen-oriented services through the Internet, offering an accessible, flexible, and secure service model.

Basic information for your videoconference

  1. Check your equipment:
    • Make sure your webcam is working properly
    • Test your headphones and microphone (audio input and output) to ensure smooth communication with the professional who will assist you
       
  2. Prepare the required documentation:
    • Before joining the appointment, gather all the documents needed for the procedure
    • To speed up the appointment, you can upload the documents to the OVAC panel using the electronic address you will receive when you confirm your appointment
       
  3. Personal identification:
    • Have your DNI or another official photo ID ready, as this will be the first step when starting the appointment
