Back 12. Incidents related to Autosignature/SAF_XX type errors
In order to sign documents and process within the processing platform of the Generalitat Valenciana with a digital certificate, it is necessary to have the self-signature application installed or to have a permanent Cl@ve.
To check that autosignature is correctly installed, please access https://valide.redsara.es/valide/firmar/ejecutar.html and try to perform the signature test, if you manage to sign and still cannot process, please contact us again. If nothing happens when you click the “Sign” button or any error appears, we propose two solutions:
- Solve possible problems with self-signature and for which we recommend following the following steps:
- Uninstall self-signing from your system (if you have it installed).
- Restart your computer I download and reinstall autosignature to ensure that it is the latest version (Download the latest available version of autosignature)
- If you cannot solve the problems with self-signature on your local computer, as an alternative solution to process with the platform, we recommend that you Obtain permanent Cl@ve by following the instructions at https://clave.gob.es/clave_home/registro/como-puedo-registrarme.html, once you have permanent Cl@ve you will not need to install self-signature.
