Presentada la solicitud en el Registro General se comprueba la efectividad del ingreso que en su día se realizó y los datos aportados, procediéndose a la expedición del certificado de ingreso correspondiente, dicho certificado se recoge en el Registro General del Servicio Territorial.

Solicitud del interesado en la que conste:
- El concepto tributario, el importe del ingreso, el número de liquidación y ejercicio, el nombre del contribuyente y la fecha del ingreso, lugar de ingreso (caja, conselleria, entidad bancaria).
- Caso de solicitarse por persona distinta del contribuyente, autorización debidamente firmada por éste y por su representante.

- En los registros de los órganos administrativos a que se dirijan o ante cualquier órgano administrativo que pertenezca a la Administración General del Estado, a la de cualquier administración de las comunidades autónomas, o a la de alguna de las entidades que forman la administración local si, en este último caso, se hubiera suscrito el oportuno convenio, así como en las representaciones diplomáticas u oficinas consulares de España en el extranjero.
- También en cualquier oficina de Correos. En este caso se deberá presentar en sobre abierto para que se pueda estampar el sello y la fecha en el impreso de solicitud y en la copia.
