What is
What is it and what is it for
- To provide information on forest reproductive material that is intended to be transferred from the Comunitat Valenciana to any European Union member state, in order to facilitate mutual administrative assistance between official bodies.

Observations
- The forest reproductive materials must comply, where applicable, with the relevant phytosanitary conditions laid down in Royal Decree 58/2005, dated 21 January 2005, on protective measures to combat the introduction and spread within the national territory and the European Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products, as well as for export and transit to third countries, and in Law 43/2002, dated 20 November 2002, on plant health.

- Any supplier intending to transfer forest reproductive material relating to the species included in Appendix I to Royal Decree 289/2003 from the Comunitat Valenciana to any European Union member state.

- Submission of the declaration and a copy of the supplier's document within 7 working days from the date of issue of the supplier's document.

Documentation
- Declaration form with the quantity of forest reproductive material by species, nature, category of base material and batch to be transported.
- Copy of the supplier document for each of the batches to be transported.
