1. Individuals obliged to interact with the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Government/Administration) electronically, as stipulated in Article 14 of Act 39/2015, and applicants who, while not obliged to do so, choose this method, must submit their applications THROUGH THE ONLINE PROCEDURE, the direct link to which has just been provided. 2. For online submission, the applicant (individual or legal entity) must have a recognised or qualified electronic signature system and advanced based on electronic certificates recognised or qualified for electronic signatures issued by providers included in the “Trust List of Certification Service Providers”. Among these systems, the DNIe (Spanish Electronic ID), certificates issued by FNMT and ACCV, the State's Clave-firma (Key-Signature) system (only for individuals), and, in general, all those accepted by the @firma Platform are accepted. To carry out procedures BY TELEMATIC WAY before the Administration of the Generalitat Valenciana acting on behalf of another person (natural or legal) without using an electronic certificate of representative, the person represented must previously register that representation in the REPRESENTATIVE REGISTER of the ACCV or in the ELECTRONIC POWER OF ATTORNEY REGISTER of the General STATE Administration, whose respective information is available in the "Links" section of this procedure. Without such prior registration or failure to prove your representation, you will not receive anything in the applicant’s Citizen’s Folder. 4. By clicking on AUTHENTICATED PRESENTATION REQUEST (in red below and also at the beginning of this procedure), you will access the electronic procedure, you will access the online procedure, letting you complete and digitally sign the initial web form, attach the application and other documentation (if applicable), completed and digitally signed, and submit all of this electronically, for which you will obtain the corresponding registration receipt. This receipt will also be available in your Citizen’s Folder (see “Links” section). 5. Regarding the DOCUMENTATION TO BE ATTACHED: - We strongly recommend you gather all the documents to be attached, complete, sign, and electronically save and keep them on your computer, so that you can later attach them in the corresponding step of the online procedure. - IMPORTANT: All certified or signed documents submitted electronically must be attached in PDF format and must include the DIGITAL SIGNATURES of the person(s) or entity/entities signing them. - In this process of the Prop Guide: * In the section called "Application > Documentation" the list of documents to be presented appears. * And in its subsection "Associated Forms" and in the "Forms" section (in addition to the electronic procedure itself) there are standardized and fillable models of all or some of these documents. If there is a standardized model, the document must be presented in it and if it does not exist, it must be created or collected by the applicant so that they can be attached to their electronic application. - The online procedure indicates the maximum allowed size of the documents to be attached and their possible formats or extensions (pdf, doc, odt, xls, ods, zip, etc.).
