What is
Requesting and obtaining an appointment for in-person assistance.
Clarifications:
The CARNET JOVE card can be collected in Valencia with your passport or European identity number by making an appointment and selecting the option ‘CARNET JOVE-PASAPORTE’ in the field named ‘Service’ of this online procedure.
The system allows you to download a booking confirmation with your appointment details. In order to avoid unnecessary delays, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early and show your booking confirmation at the entrance, as you will need to identify yourself in order to be assisted.

Who is it addressed to
People residing in the Valencian Community who want to obtain the Carnet Jove and only have a passport.
People with a European identity document who reside in the Valencian Community, in whose country European Youth Card does not exist and want to obtain a Carnet Jove.
