Submission of declarations to an open public information request file as a person affected by the information requested.

What is
This procedure allows those affected by the information requested in a public information request file that has been assigned a GVAGIP code (electronic processing of public information requests) and is in the processing phase to submit declarations

Who is it addressed to
Persons who have received notification they need to submit a declaration because they are affected by a request for public information with a GVAGIP file number.
To have been notified of the requirement to submit declarations in relation to a GVAGIP public information request file as a person affected by the information requested.
The GVAGIP file number which is the subject of the declarations must be indicated.
How to process
Collaborating certification entities
Request
15 working days from the day after access to the notification or receipt by post.
The interested party must have been notified of the declarations procedure as a person affected by the request for public information. In addition, the GVAGIP file number must be indicated. No electronic certificate is required.
In Person
a) At the registries of the administrative bodies to which the application is addressed.
b) At the registries of any administrative body belonging to the General State Administration, to the general administration of any Administration of the Autonomous Communities, or of any Administration of the Provincial Councils and Island Councils, to the Town or City Councils of the Municipalities referred to in Article 121 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, or of the other entities that make up the Local Administration if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement has been signed.
c) In Post offices, in the form that is established by regulation.
d) In the Spanish diplomatic representations or consular offices abroad.
e) In any other place that the current provisions establish.
And, preferably, online.
