Persons from European Union member states who have completed the courses or programmes required for the use of AEDs in their country.

How to process

Processing process

-Submission of the application and required documentation.

-The Valencian School of Health Studies will open the corresponding file and will study the application and documentation presented, and it may require them to be rectified in accordance with the provisions of the legislation regulating common public administration administrative procedures.

The deadline corresponds to the validity of Decree 159/2017 of 6 October.

The recognition will be valid for two years from the date of completion of the course.

Documentation

Interested persons must submit the following to the Valencian School of Health Studies:

 

-Application form

 

-Document certifying nationality

 

-Authenticated copy of the certificate for the course taken and its syllabus stating the content, duration, place and date of the course, with official translation (if applicable).

 

-Accreditation of representation, unless they are registered in the Generalitat Valenciana's Representatives Register, or in the A.G.E. Electronic Power of Attorney Register.

a) At the registries of the administrative bodies to which the application is addressed.

 

b) At the registries of any administrative body belonging to the General State Administration, to the general administration of any Administration of the Autonomous Communities, or of any Administration of the Provincial Councils and Island Councils, to the Town or City Councils of the Municipalities referred to in Article 12 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, or of the other entities that make up the Local Administration if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement has been signed.

 

c) In Post offices, in the form that is established by regulation.

 

d) In the Spanish diplomatic representations or consular offices abroad.

 

e) In any other place that the current provisions establish.
