1.- For online access, the applicant must have a recognised or qualified and advanced electronic signature system based on recognised or qualified electronic certificates for electronic signatures issued by providers included on the "Trusted Certification Service Providers List". These systems include the following: - The DNIe (electronic ID), certificates issued by the FNMT (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre) and certificates for legal persons, public employees or individuals issued by the ACCV (Autoritat de Certificació de la C. Valenciana). https://sede.gva.es/es/sede_certificados . - A permanent key issued by the State is also accepted as a method of authentication and signature for online processing within the Generalitat's digital portal. This mechanism is only accepted for natural persons and therefore excludes legal persons (companies, municipalities, entities, etc.). More information on https://sede.gva.es/va/sede_certificados 2 .- In order to carry out procedures online related to the Generalitat's Administration while acting on behalf of another person (natural or legal), you must first register in the REPRESENTATIVES REGISTER held by the ACCV, or in the ELECTRONIC PROXY REGISTER held by the General State Administration, the information on both of these registers is available in the "Links" section of this procedure. Without this prior registration, in addition to not being accredited as a representative, nothing will be received in the presenter's citizen's file. 3.- You must also have the self-signature application installed on your computer if you are going to sign with your digital certificate. https://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Descargas.html Before starting the online application process, please read carefully all the information about this procedure in order to prepare the documents required. You will, then, access a general application form, in which you must specify the purpose of your application, fill in the general data and upload all the documents. It should be borne in mind that: 1- You should make a note of the name of this procedure you are currently reading. 2- You must download the required forms or templates and prepare any other documents you deem necessary, then fill them in, get them signed, if necessary, by the appropriate persons, depending on the type of document, and save them on your computer so that you have them ready to attach during the "DOCUMENT" phase of the online processing. 3- Once all the documents deemed necessary have been prepared, you can start the online process by clicking on the "Online processing" icon at the top, which will lead you to identify yourself using the Processing Assistant.
