The Generalitat has a network of offices for in-person assistance that offer help and guidance to citizens. In these offices, assistance is provided for the use of electronic means and guidance is given in locating dependencies and accessing to the different regional departments.

Both PROP offices and most PROP points have an scheduled appointment system to improve the quality of service and reduce waiting times.

What are PROP points?

PROP assistance points, known as PROP points, are citizenship service offices shared by the Generalitat and a local entity. Currently, there are 18 PROP points geographically distributed across the three provinces of the Valencian Region.

PROP Points Opening Hours

PROP points serve the public according to the schedule determined by the creation agreement. As a general rule, they are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm, on working days.

(The PROP point in Vinaròs also serves on Thursday afternoons, from 3 pm to 6 pm, except during the period from May 15 to October 15, during Christmas and Easter school holidays, and during the local festival week)

PROP points will be closed on national holidays, Valencian Region bank holidays, and on December 24th and 31st.

  • Sign language assistance for carrying out procedures

As a general rule, registration assistance functions at PROP points are provided by the local entity.

PROP POINT - SEGORBE Due to organizational reasons, the Generalitat's information and electronic signature or Cl@ve issuance services are currently not provided. Registration and other services from the Diputación remain available.
PROP POINT - TORREVIEJA Due to organizational reasons, the Generalitat's information is currently not provided. Registration and other services provided by the City Council remain available.
