PROP Offices

The PROP offices (or Oficinas PROP in spanish) are the reference offices in the Generalitat for citizenship services. There are five permanent PROP offices located in the four most populated cities of the Valencian Region:

• PROP I Office in Valencia
• PROP 9 d’Octubre Office in Valencia
• PROP Office in Alicante
• PROP Office in Elche
• PROP Office inCastelló de la Plana

Temporarily, to assist people affected in applying for Generalitat aid, a PROP-DANA office is operating in the town of Massanassa.

PROP offices are open to the public on working days, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm except during the local festival week when they close at 2 pm.

They also open on Thursday afternoons until 7 pm, except during July and August, Christmas and Easter school holidays, and the local festival week.

(The PROP-DANA office does not open in the afternoons).

PROP offices will be closed on national holidays, Valencian Region bank holidays, and on December 24th and 31st.

• Electronic certificate (digital signature and Cl@ve)
• Sign language assistance for carrying out procedures
• AutoPROP

• RESOLUTION of April 3rd, 2025, from the consellera de Justicia y Administración Pública, which eliminates the PROP-Cigüeña offices in the city of Valencia, PROP-La Torre in the city of Alicante, and PROP-Caragols, in the city of Castelló de la Plana, to ensure better service to the public by grouping the available resources.
• RESOLUTION of April 7th, 2025, from the consellera de Justicia y Administración Pública, which determines the PROP offices that serve the public on Thursday afternoons.
