Instructions for Using the Video Chat System

  • Click the “Connect to Video Chat” button. A new window will open showing whether agents are available
  • Click the link to connect to the video chat
  • A new window will appear asking you to confirm if you want to start the video session. You will have the following options:
  • Cancel ("Cancelar" in Spanish): Returns you to the initial screen
  • Accept ("Aceptar" in Spanish): A message will appear at the bottom saying “Contacting the information staff.” After a few seconds, the service will be available

On the screen you will see the information staff, and you will be able to make your inquiries. The interface is very simple; it only includes a "Close" ("Cerrar" in Spanish) button for when you wish to end the conversation.

Notes

  • If at any time all staff members are busy, the following message will appear: "All information staff are currently busy. Please wait to be assisted." ("En estos momentos, todo el personal informador está ocupado. Por favor, espera a ser atendido/a" in Spanish)
  • If there is a high volume of requests and the waiting time is long, the system may prompt you to try again after a few minutes
