What is AutoPROP?

AutoPROP is a computer station (scanner and computer) available for public use. Individuals who need assistance will receive initial support from public administration staff.

There is AutoPROP equipment located in the following PROP offices and PROP points:

What do I need to use the service?

Basic computer skills are required.
If the procedure requires submitting documents, you will be able to download them via your email.
If the procedure requires electronic identification systems and you do not have them, you may request them from the staff member at the office who is assisting you.

How do I use this service?

This service will be provided exclusively by appointment, which can be scheduled by calling 012 (or +34 963866000 if you have a flat-rate plan in Spain) or through the website: Cita prèvia PROP. (In Spanish)
