To access the text chat, you must fill in the fields in the form and click the "Connect to chat" ("Conectar al chat" in Spanish).

The chat window is very simple. In the central area, you can see the entire conversation you are having with the information agent.
It includes three buttons:

  • Send (“Enviar” in Spanish): Type your query in the box at the bottom and click “Send” (or press the ENTER key) to send your query
  • End ("Finalizar" in Spanish): Closes the chat window and ends the service
  • Copy conversation ("Copiar conversación" in Spanish): Copies the content of the conversation to your device’s clipboard

Notes

  • The information staff may provide you with links to web pages where the requested information is located. When you click on a link, a new window will open with that web page
  • If at any time all staff members are busy, a message will appear informing you of this. As soon as an agent becomes available, the chat window will be activated automatically and the "Send" button will be enabled
  • If there is a high number of inquiries and the waiting time is long, the system may ask you to try again after a few minutes
