Functions:

Responsible for the microscopic examination of the samples obtained from the autopsies performed at the Institute and those required by the other Institutes of the autonomous community. This Section is made up of forensic doctors specialising and/or with specific training in forensic histopathology, as well as doctors from the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences specialising in anatomical pathology.
