Functions:
It is the highest judicial body for the territorial area within the autonomous community, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to the High Court (Article 152.1 of the Spanish Constitution) and to issues that require constitutional guarantees, the competence of which corresponds to the Constitutional Court.
The TSJCV currently consists of three chambers:
- Civil and Criminal Chamber
- Contentious-Administrative Chamber
- Social Chamber
