Back 15. The certificate listing pop-up window does not appear and displays the message "You must select a certificate"
This situation occurs for two reasons:
- If you have a digital certificate installed on your PC, please close all browser windows and start a new session. If this first option does not work for you, restart your computer. It is a browser problem that should be solved by doing one of these actions.
- If you do NOT have a digital certificate installed on your PC, please proceed to install it following the instructions of your certifying entity.
If you continue with the incident by performing these steps, confirm that you have the digital certificate installed on your PC. To do this, check the validity of the certificate at the following address: http://valide.redsara.es/valide/inicio.html, then click the “See expanded information” button to verify if your certificate is correctly installed.
