For electronic processing, you must prove your identity and electronically sign the documents indicated during processing.

The Generalitat Valenciana, for the authentication of citizens and companies in the Citizen Folder, Telematic Processing Assistant and Notifications Module, relies on the Cl@ve platform, as well as the ClientCert authentication system.

In general, it can be processed with electronic DNI (DNIe), with the certificates of legal entity, public employee or individual issued by the Certification Authority of the Valencian Community (ACCV), or with those issued by the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT).

In addition, to indicate that, as described in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, all digital certificates issued by certification service providers included in the Trusted List of Certification Service Providers (TSL) established in Spain, published in the sede electrónica del Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital.

The types of certificates supported by the Cl@ve system configuration used in the Generalitat Valenciana are:

  • Natural person: qualified signature certificate, which are those electronic signature certificates that have been issued by a qualified trust service provider and that meet the requirements set forth in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 910/2014.
  • Public Employee
  • Natural person representing a legal entity before the Public Administrations
  • Natural person representing an entity without a legal entity before the Public Administrations

The Cl@ve platform supports the Cl@ve Permanente system as a method of authentication and signature for telematic processing within the electronic office of the Generalitat Valenciana. This mechanism is only accepted for natural persons, excluding legal entities. More information.
